Great post. Totally shocked to discover is No. 30. With all the positive PR versus report of deterioration of service, discovery of Canada's rank was a bit of a shock-a-roo.

Sad. So very sad. When I was active in private practice I had to drop out of the Medicare part B system because it quite literally cost me nearly as much to collect payment as I received from them for services. I generally did the work pro bono and claimed some of it off my taxes.
